Will you deliver to me?

Can I make changes to my box?

A lot of work goes into planning and preparing our Afternoon Tea boxes, including printing and training our team so we are unable to make individual changes to boxes.

When will my order arrive?

Due to COVID and everybody going online shopping mad, our drivers are working really hard to get all your deliveries to you but we can not guarantee that they will always arrive on time.

Our deliveries mostly arrive anywhere between 7 am – 6 pm so please plan your day accordingly. We always use Royal Mail for our deliveries. We expect our customer to understand and choose the shipping method accordingly.

Standard shipping untracked can take upto 5 days. 1st Class tracked can take upto 48 hours.

ALLERGY ADVICE

Our products may contain nuts and/or dairy ingredients. For further allergens and advice, Please contact us. Suitable for Vegetarians.

COVID-19 DELIVERY POLICY

All orders placed before 4pm, will be dispatched WITHIN 2 working days. Delivery can take UPTO 4 WORKING DAYS depending on courier service and COVID-19 courier delays. Please allow a maximum of 5 working days for delivery after your order has been dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE:

Specific delivery dates CANNOT be selected.

Shipping address CANNOT be changed once order placed.

Custom notes CANNOT be added to your order.

ALL goods are delivered via Royal Mail Second Class 2D barcode, Tracking information only provided when requested. Customers also have the option of choosing 1st Class delivery service for the cost of 8.99GBP.
